2019 North Atlantic Regional Championships

October 20, 2018

At North Atlantic Regional Championships this year, Mayou competed in the Novice Ladies’ Level for the first time.

Amongst those strong skaters competing at this level, Mayou received a bronze medal for the qualifying round and proceeded to the final.

She was in 4th place for the short program and was placed 6th overall.

Her dream was only a hairline away...

and she was certainly disappointed.

But on the other hand, with this experience, she is more focused and motivated.  She now has an even stronger and clearer view moving into her next season.

We are looking forward to what comes next.

2018 North Atlantic Regional Championship

November 17, 2017

This season, Mayou had her biggest goal set. To compete at "the Sectional”.

She was awarded bronze medal at the Regional qualifying round and advanced to the final, but she couldn't make it to the Sectional.

Looking back, it’s been the toughest year of her career that her long lasting efforts did not reflect in her scores. She even thought of quitting.

However, your kind support pushed her through this toughest year!

With your strong yet warm support, Mayou achieved her best scores of her career at the Regional and her long dream to compete at “the National” level became not only a dream. Now she feels more confident and is eager to challenge to the next level.

Thank you very much for supporting her and please continue supporting her together!
